Refunds & Returns

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order is perfect, sometimes we do make mistakes. If there are any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible via the 'Contact Us' form, via email ( or our social media pages - Facebook & Instagram.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on our items as each order is made bespoke and we are unable to resell personalised items.

Should your item arrive faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Please send us photographs of your faulty/damaged items as well as pictures of the packaging should the item be damaged. Please note that faulty/damaged items will need to be returned in the original packaging before a replacement will be sent (we will provide a postage label for you).
