Processing Times
As all of our items are made bespoke there may sometimes be 3-4 weeks processing time before despatch. We will always endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible but should you need your order for a certain date please contact us before placing your order. Delivery
For our standard delivery we use Hermes 2/3 day service where possible and Royal Mail 1st class for the areas that Hermes do not cover.
The Hermes service includes tracking, we will provide you with these details once your order has been despatch.
Should you require next day delivery (this does not include processing times) please drop us a message beforehand and we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
